- poly pellets and/or stuffing
- white yarn for plain egg

INSTRUCTIONS
STRIPED EGG
Starting with a magic ring, 6 sc in ring.
Round 1: 2 sc in ea st around. (12)
Round 2: *(Sc in next st, 2 sc in next st), repeat from * around. (18)
Round 3: *(Sc in next 2 sts, 2 sc in next st), repeat from * around. (24)
Round 4: *(Sc in next 3 sts, 2 sc in next st), repeat from * around. (30)
Switch colors by drawing up a loop through the last 2 loops of previous st.
Round 5: Sc in ea st around.
Switch colors.
Rounds 6-7: Repeat round 5.
Switch colors.
Rounds 8-9: Repeat round 5.
Switch colors.
Round 10: Repeat round 5.
Switch colors.
Round 11: Repeat round 5.
Switch colors.
Round 12: Repeat round 5.
Switch colors.
Round 13: Sc in ea of next 2 sts, *(dec, sc in ea of next 3 sts), repeat from * to last st, sc last st. (24)
Switch colors.
Rounds 14-15: Repeat round 5.
Switch colors.
Round 16: Sc in next st, *(dec, sc in ea of next 2 sts), repeat from * to last st, sc last st. (18)
Switch colors.
Start filling with poly pellets and continue filling to end of work.
Rounds 17-18: Repeat round 5.
Switch colors.
Round 19: *(Sc in next st, dec), repeat from * around. (12)
Round 20: Dec through front loops only around. (6)
Fasten off and thread yarn through remaining sts.
